Creative Compounds is a compounding-only pharmacy that was started in January of 1998. Our goal is to improve the health of our patients by working with them and their practitioners to come up with custom medications that improve therapeutic outcomes. We custom make the proper dose into a dosage form that is best for each patient.

Our Pharmacists

Denise, R.Ph., has dedicated more than 17 years to the pharmacy profession. After graduation frm Oregon State University in 1984, she worked ten years at OHSU as a clinical specialist for transplant patients, a critical care satellite pharmacist, part-time in drug information and a staff pharmacist. In 1997 after helping a clinic with compounds needs, Denise decided to go into compounding full time. She received her training in compounding from PCCA* and goes yearly for updated training. Denise is dedicated to helping solve patients' unique medication problems.

Our licensed pharmacy technicians include Barbara, Brenda, Carol and Maxine. Together they offer 9 years of pharmacy technician experience to our practice
